The Transformation Action Academy is designed to create the environment that inspires you to be the greatest version of you and to keep you on track day by day. We’ve all had times when we’ve set up great plans but then not kept up the momentum. Sometimes that’s been because our original plan really needed to be changed or tweaked, sometimes because we failed on one of our goals and then gave up, and sometimes because our environment simply didn’t support us to be the greatest versions of ourselves.

The Transformation Action Academy is designed to bring a small group of people together who want to cheer each other on as we each make progress towards our goals. Each month we’ll get together for a team session that lines up our action plans and connects you with your teammates. Then we’ll stay connected online as our daily and weekly plans unfold. The programme is designed to help you really win every day.
During the team session we’ll cover:
- Your personal goals: you’ll get clear on where you want to go and why. That’s the juice that will power you.
- Talk about the tough stuff that happens when we fail at our goals and how to bounce back.
- We’ll measure our own starting point so we can track our progress without being fooled by our critical minds that we’re either under or over achieving.
- Team exercise: we’ll do a short and fun workout together so bring your trainers!
- We’ll make and share great food because supercharged nutrition is incredibly important.
- Study nutrition: we’ll use a whole food plant based approach to nutrition.
- Discuss important factors we’ll talk about nutrition, workouts, sleep, recovery, environment, and more.
- Design your personal plan: you’ll make your own plan that works for you, taking your circumstances into account.
- Accountability agreements: before we wrap-up we’ll agree how we’re going to keep each other accountable to the plans we’ve made.
You’ll leave with an action plan that you made for yourself and agreements with your team mates to keep each other accountable to your plan.
Who is this for? This group is designed for people who the want focus, direction, and power that comes from a connected team spirit and the accountability that inspires. It’s designed to draw out from you what you already know and to inspire you to learn where you’ve got gaps. You will be supported to develop your own programme that’s based on your circumstances and goals.
Do I have to be at a certain level to join? You need to be able to join a simple and fun 20 minute workout class that we’ll do as a team. Apart from that, the programme is designed to take you from where you are now in a step by step fashion that works for your circumstances towards your own goals.
What am I committed to? You’ll join a half-day team session each month and then check in online with the team regularly as you do what you said you would do in your plan. You can choose to join for three months in advance or just month by month.
Who leads the session? It’s led by Tim Cook and Earl Cottrell. Tim is a passionate advocate for plant based health. Earl is a talented trainer who is skilled at helping you maximise your performance.
What if it’s not working for me? This is designed as an action plan that will help you make real and ongoing change in your life. If you’re getting stuck or your plan isn’t working for you we can review it together. You are also able to withdraw from the programme at any time.
How much is it? The whole programme is £99.95 per month or £249.95 for three months, which includes the monthly team session (goal setting, workout, discussion on important points, and food making) plus the ongoing accountability programme that sits at the heart of why this works.
It’s been said we are the average of the five people we spend most time with. The Transformation Action Academy will make sure that one of the regular and consistent voices in your life is reminding you of your goals and helping you become the greatest version of yourself.
When is it? The team session is monthly and there’s regular online check-in sessions during the month to make sure you’re on track. The first team session is planned for Sunday, 5 August, at the Plant Based House in Streatham Hill. It kicks off at 10:30am and will go through to about 2:30pm.
